Be part of this glamorous evening supporting foster kids! We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help make this event a success!
Shift 1: Set-Up Crew: 12:00pm-5:00pm. Help decorate and prepare the venue; including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and other event materials. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
Shift 2: Event Help and Clean-Up: 5:00pm-11:00pm. Plan to arrive at 5pm for Volunteer meeting and assignments. Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age,
Opportunities include:
* Guest Registration: Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide them with event materials.
* Silent Auction Support: Help manage silent auction, including organizing auction items, assisting bidders, and help with payment processing (training provided).
* General Event Support and Clean-up: Provide support with various tasks during the event to ensure seamless operations. Help with organizing, cleaning up, and packing event materials after the event concludes.
